What you'll do

Even people with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
You'll work on building new systems and maintaining existing ones used by various enterprise clients.
We confirm your aptitude during the probation period after first hearing your preferred role.
You can also switch roles partway through, as fit allows.

1) AI New Generation

"I don't know how to program, but it's easy to make AI write it for me."
We're looking for a new type of person - someone who finds themselves wondering, why isn't everyone using AI yet?

2) Programmer

Working with a range of languages including Java / JavaScript / Python / SQL.
You'll be the one building things through code.

3) System Engineer

Leading system development while directing programmers.
Programming experience isn't required, but it's a plus.

4) Tester

Verifying that completed systems behave correctly.
A critical role for guaranteeing the quality of what we ship.

• Even with zero experience, the probation period lets you decide whether you can keep going. (The continuation decision is made between you and the company.)
• The probation period is, as a rule, fully remote. After formal hire, those living in or near Tokyo may be asked to come to the office as needed - please be aware in advance.
• Some senior team members go on to become independent or move to large companies after building skills here. TOROTAKU supports that path.

Salary

Includes fixed overtime pay: monthly salary JPY 200,000 - 2,000,000 includes JPY 75,000-150,000 (equivalent to 40 hours) of fixed overtime per month. Additional overtime beyond 40 hours is paid separately.
